The delivery time indicated on the website is false, the product has arrived with much delay, and after contacting them to clarify what was happening they were completely disengaged. Definitely the last time I use promofarma.

I had an incident with the order and I could not contact promofarma because it was Saturday, something I find unheard of. How can it be that promofarma does not have customer service on the weekend or at least on Saturday? Luckily there are still lovely people in the pharmacy to whom you really place your order whose attention was exceptional and extraordinarily human. Thank you very much to Riaza Optical Pharmacy, we will certainly buy your products again

The delivery was full of contradictory messages from the carrier about a supposed delay without any explanation, only to be fulfilled in the end. I did not understand anything.
